This is a restaurant in the Settsutomida area where you can enjoy authentic soba noodles at a reasonable price. We change the origin of our soba depending on the season, and we use buckwheat flour imported from all over Japan for our handmade soba. The taste of the soba is enhanced by the dashi (soup stock), and the taste of the otsuyu is especially wonderful. However, there is room for improvement in the training of the wait staff, and I would like to see the restaurant become non-smoking during lunch, but it is worth going to for its delicious food. I keep coming back for more in the winter time.
