Tempura Sakurajin, a new tempura restaurant that just opened in Ashiya, offers delicious, freshly prepared tempura that shows their commitment to the ingredients. The homemade ponzu (citrus juice) served with eggplant is especially delicious, and you can even take leftover crab rice home as a souvenir. The tempura is carefully prepared, with a crispy, light batter and special seasonings. The homemade crabmeat salt is especially popular. Reservations are required and the course time is approximately 3 hours.
