The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere with tatami dugout seating and a counter. The small appetizer served was colorful and exciting from the first bite. The nigiri had thick toppings that balanced well with the rice, and the sea urchin and seared salmon were especially delicious and melted in the mouth. The homemade thick omelet was fluffy and so good that I wanted to have seconds. Even the chawanmushi and red miso soup were carefully prepared, providing satisfaction until the end. I enjoyed a relaxed lunch time thanks to the friendly chef and the warm service from the staff.
