As you proceed into the forest, guided by an eye-catching signboard, a building with a traditional atmosphere appears. Inside, there are tables lined up with irori (a traditional Japanese hearth), and the style of cooking over charcoal is exciting. The Genghis Khan dish features sliced meat and is generously accompanied by vegetables, providing a satisfying experience. The sauce has a refreshing acidity that balances the fat well, making it easy to eat. There are private rooms available, allowing you to relax and enjoy without hesitation. The simple and warm hospitality characteristic of a long-established restaurant was also pleasant, making for a comfortable experience.
