This is a popular restaurant where seats fill up quickly after opening, no matter when you go. The signature unaju (grilled eel over rice) has a fragrant surface and a fluffy interior, with a sauce that is not too heavy and gently seeps in sweetness. The rice is light and enhances the flavor of the eel. There are also salmon set meals and small shrimp fry set meals available, so even friends who are not fond of eel can choose with a smile. I greedily ordered the set meal, which came with pork miso soup and small side dishes, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors. The menu and the restaurant's appearance are both carefully considered, making it a wonderful place where the satisfaction lingers even on the way home.
