The seasoning is very good, and while it has personality, it is easy to eat. The liver and chives are the main stars in the liver and chive dish, and the rich sauce clings well to them. You can enjoy the broth with a spoon, and the balance of gentle sweetness and light acidity is excellent. The mixed stir-fried noodles with sauce are packed with ingredients, including wood ear mushrooms, bok choy, napa cabbage, young corn, bamboo shoots, shrimp, enoki mushrooms, quail eggs, bell peppers, ham, and scallops. The fragrant, grilled noodles are coated with hot sauce, providing satisfaction in both texture and flavor. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively, and the staff moves smoothly, making it a comfortable place to be.
