As I walk through the small alley of the underground shopping street, I feel uplifted by the appearance of a Showa retro-style café. Once inside, a light BGM centered around string instruments plays, creating a calm atmosphere. The staff promptly guided me to a vacant seat and were very kind. The deep blend coffee is rich in aroma, and savoring it slowly with water is the best. The crispy ham and egg toast is fluffy on the inside, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The specialty shrimp fry sandwich, with the sweetness of shrimp and egg perfectly complementing each other, is delicious enough to bring a smile to my face.
