The soba has a good flavor and goes down smoothly. The tempura soba is visually enjoyable, and the shrimp tempura is crispy and feels great. The dipping sauce is well-suited for both the soba and the tempura, and you can enjoy it deliciously until the end with the soba broth. The vegetables in the tempura soba are freshly fried and fragrant, especially the eggplant, which was very good. The grilled eel skewer has a prominent crispy skin, and the flesh is tender and full of flavor. The wasabi leaves and edamame are also nice palate cleansers, making it pleasant to enjoy a drink alongside.
