This is a quiet French restaurant located in a residential area, but thanks to the spacious parking, I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. Once seated, the table was set with cutlery from the start, and I was excited for the beginning of the special course. Each dish, utilizing local seasonal ingredients, was delicate, and the cooking of the squid and sweetfish was truly impressive. The combination of the sweet shrimp and Yamaguchi pumpkin had a wonderful aroma that brought a smile to my face. The staff were friendly and engaging, and they carefully suggested wine pairings. While enjoying the dessert of pudding and financier, I looked out the window at the cycling path, and a pleasant aftertaste lingered until the end.
