When you sit at the counter, the polished iron plate and the tidy interior immediately catch your eye, making you feel very good. The chef, while grilling the ingredients right in front of you, shares his passion for the dishes in a friendly tone, which is exciting. Each plate is served at its most delicious moment, allowing you to fully enjoy the aromas and sounds. A sake tasting set is available, offering combinations that sake lovers will find irresistible. The garlic rice and lightly pickled tomatoes served at the end have a refreshing aftertaste, and I couldn't put down my chopsticks until the very end. They also prepare a dessert plate with a message, making special occasions even more festive.
