Okinawan cuisine is varied and each dish is delicious with just the right seasoning. The pork spare ribs with a charcoal aroma are savory and irresistible. The liver skewers are tender and juicy, and I really liked them. In addition to the classic Okinawa soba and taco rice, you can also enjoy tempura of mozuku seaweed and sūchīka. The interior is compact with a counter and tables, and the staff are friendly, making it a comfortable place to be. Island music plays in the background, and there are decorations of sanshin (a traditional Okinawan instrument). The drink selection is abundant, including awamori, umeshu, guava juice, and root beer, and you can also keep bottles.
