The interior of the restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the fish is lively. The chirashi bowl is loaded with ingredients, including head-on shrimp, tuna, squid, mekabu, eel, salmon, lotus root, sakura denbu, and herring roe, which is exciting. Even for takeout, the texture of the seaweed on the gunkan sushi remains intact, which is delightful. The sea urchin has a gentle sweetness that melts in your mouth. The miso soup, filled with plenty of seaweed, has a wonderful aroma and unforgettable deliciousness. You can also order a sashimi platter, and they are flexible in accommodating the alcohol you bring in.
