The shop located deep in the market has a special atmosphere from the moment you enter. The showcase is lined with prosciutto and salami, and I was happy to taste the freshly cut meats. The staff were friendly and encouraged me to try various samples, making it fun to choose. They also handle Mangalica pork, and when I cooked it simply as instructed, it was incredibly delicious. They have wine as well, and just imagining the pairing with the prosciutto is exciting. I also heard about a kit that allows you to start with a whole leg of prosciutto, and I felt that this shop is filled with passion and dedication.
