Pasta Workshop

Officina della Pasta is a small pasta workshop in the historic center of Aosta, known for its house-made fresh pasta in various shapes and styles, including filled options. At lunchtime the kitchen cooks the pasta to order, offering a choice of sauces and condiments for a simple, satisfying meal. Limited counter seating and attentive, personable service create an informal, welcoming stop where guests can also purchase fresh pasta to take home.
