Upon entering the shop, you take off your shoes and step up onto the warm wooden floor, which is comforting. The bright table by the window and the flowing jazz create a pleasant atmosphere, making you want to linger. I chose the set meal where you can select the main dish, and I went for the Tsukuba chicken tempura, surprised by the crispy batter and the rich texture of the meat. A variety of small side dishes were lined up, including a salad with carrot dressing and simmered daikon, all of which had a gentle taste that felt carefully prepared. With freshly cooked rice, miso soup, and fragrant black soybean tea included, I was able to fully enjoy the charm of Japanese cuisine until the end. The friendly interaction from the staff was also delightful, and I think this is a wonderful place to remember for a relaxing day.
