As I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the calming scent of wood, which instantly lifted my spirits. The sashimi platter prepared by the chef was glossy and clearly fresh at first glance. The fatty tuna melted in my mouth the moment I placed it on my tongue, releasing a refined sweetness. The fluffy white eel, lightly seasoned with salt and yuzu, brought a smile to my face. The aroma of grilled matsutake mushrooms and the rich scent of the dobin mushi allowed me to slowly savor the blessings of the season. Thanks to the friendly staff and delicious sake, I had a thoroughly satisfying time, even enjoying the last egg.
