The sunflower seed protrusions have a pleasant aroma, and I'm happy to nibble on them while waiting. The mapo tofu, seasoned with Sichuan pepper, has a delightful numbing sensation, and although the spiciness is moderate, it has depth. The dry dan dan noodles have thin noodles that are well coated with the aroma of sesame, making them easy to eat. The shrimp wontons are packed tightly with filling and have a nice bounce, and the soup is also rich in aroma. The interior of the restaurant is bright and comfortable, and the service is warm. The sangria based on Shaoxing wine is full of fruit and very easy to drink.

This is a place where you can enjoy authentic flavors in this area. The mapo tofu is mild in spiciness, but the numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns is strong and addictive. The chicken dish with plenty of chili looks spicier than it actually is, and the numbing sensation is pleasant, making it hard to stop eating. The red oil shrimp wontons have a plump filling and smooth skin, perfectly complemented by a slightly spicy sauce. It seems there are both hot and cold versions of the dry dan dan noodles, where the aroma of sesame and the thin noodles combine with the refreshing taste of radish, making it easy to eat. The interior is bustling with familiar customers, creating a strong sense of being rooted in this place.
