This is a calm shop designed like a traditional Japanese house, located in a quiet residential area. You can see the cooking process over the counter, which adds a lively atmosphere and makes it enjoyable. The mini ramen set comes with an egg, and the firm noodles pair well with the gentle soy sauce soup. It also includes chashu (braised pork), nori (seaweed), naruto (fish cake), and fu (wheat gluten), making it satisfying as a single dish. The salad features beautifully cut cold and crunchy vegetables, which go well with the sweet and sour dressing. The hamburger is grilled on a hot plate and then simmered in demi-glace sauce, with toppings that can be chosen, and the fluffy egg in particular is very delicious.
