The atmosphere feels like a hidden gem found in an alley, with the lights beautifully shining. Just looking at the wall-sized menu is exciting. There is a variety of wines available, allowing you to enjoy according to your preferences. The stone-baked risotto with oysters and aonori has a rich aroma, and the texture of the rice is firm, leaving a lasting impression. The stretchy mashed potato aligot and the mildly spicy pickles made from young melons are also playful and delicious. Although there may be a bit of a wait, each dish exceeds expectations, making it easy to enjoy more drinks.
