The interior has a counter and a raised seating area, creating a calm atmosphere. Following the sign at the entrance leads to a parking lot, making it convenient for those arriving by car. The noodles, made from home-grown Hitachi Aki buckwheat, are thin and have a slightly gray color with a rich aroma. When you order the zaru (cold soba), the water drains well, allowing you to enjoy the perfect firmness and a refreshing texture. The freshly fried vegetable tempura, featuring seasonal ingredients like bamboo shoots and burdock, is crispy and pairs excellently with the soba. The menu is carefully selected, so no matter what you choose, you can fully enjoy the charm of the soba and be very satisfied.
