The reservation phone call was polite, and the guidance after entering the restaurant was kind and reassuring. The counter seats were comfortable, and the pleasant buzz of activity lifted my spirits. The sashimi platter was fresh, with a generous portion that brought a smile to my face. The curry stew had tender offal that melted in my mouth, with the aroma and sweetness of the spices spreading wonderfully. The boiled pork belly and grilled heart were cooked perfectly, and the texture and flavor of the sauce were irresistible. Even the appetizers were well-prepared, and I was very satisfied with the variety of the menu and the lively service.
