In a small space, the staff greets you with a pleasant smile. There is a wide variety of skewers, and the distinction between salt and sauce is well done, with each having a nice aroma. The liver has no odor, and lightly grilled with sesame oil and green onions is a perfect match. The tsukune (chicken meatball) contains cartilage, and the sauce is slightly sweet and smooth, leaving a lasting impression. There are also various side dishes like potato salad, tanuki tofu, and chikuzenni, which are great for a quick drink. You can order by writing on paper, and it's fun to add udon to the simmered dish as a finishing touch, along with shiso-infused drinks.
