This is an experiential spot where you can catch and enjoy trout raised in beautiful clear water. You can borrow rods and bait for free, and it's fun to easily catch fish even as a beginner. The freshly caught trout can be prepared in your preferred cooking style, such as sashimi, grilled with salt, or fried, allowing you to savor an exceptionally fresh taste. The spacious dining area, which has many tatami and table seats, is self-service, making it a comfortable place to relax. I was particularly impressed by the rich flavor of the sashimi made from the salmon-pink Yamame trout. Spending time while looking at the aquaculture pond is pleasant with the gentle breeze, making it perfect for creating memories to share with family and friends.
