This shop has the appearance of a traditional house and a nostalgic atmosphere. Inside, there is a flow of old-fashioned air, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. Fresh ingredients, characteristic of a vegetable professional, are abundantly used, and you can feel a touch of creativity even in the small dishes. The rice cooked in a pot, red miso soup, and even a bite-sized dessert are all satisfying. The lunch menu offers a wide variety, and it's enjoyable that the content changes with the seasons. The warm hospitality is pleasant, and in the evening, you can also enjoy seasonal dishes and chef's recommendations by reservation.
