With its elegant appearance, the calm color of the noren catches the eye. The thin soba noodles slide smoothly down the throat, with a wonderful aroma that pairs perfectly with the dipping sauce. The tempura of sweet shrimp is served separately first, and when eaten with salt, the crispy batter and sweet flesh stand out. It's delightful to savor in a quiet space, and the soba broth warms the body pleasantly. It seems they occasionally change the origin of the soba, allowing for enjoyment of the differences the more you visit. The roasted aroma of the soba tea is also pleasant, conveying their commitment to valuing the ingredients in each bowl.
