The dishes are appealing because they bring out the best of the ingredients and deliver a sense of the season. There are many unique menu items, and dishes that are pleasing to the eye enhance the course. The zosui (rice porridge) and the strawberry daifuku at the end of the course are especially delicious. The restaurant's relaxed atmosphere and luxurious setting are also excellent. It is difficult to make reservations at this popular restaurant, and while there are times when the cuisine is still in its infancy, there are also many outstanding dishes.
