It's fun to watch as they prepare it over the counter. First, a refreshing mozuku seaweed is served, which prepares the palate. The dishes and the cherry blossom patterns are beautiful. The introduction text about the restaurant is unique, and I'm excited to learn tips for taking photos. There are not only sushi but also rice bowls and desserts, and I look forward to seeing the recommendations on the blackboard. The sweet squid is particularly impressive, and I can choose from various types of umeshu (plum wine) with detailed explanations.
