The store located on the hill is spacious and clean, with a pleasant view overlooking the sea. There are counter seats, so you can relax even if you're alone. The signature dish, Okinawa soba, has an excellent combination of rich broth and firm, thin noodles, and the three-layered pork was tender. The mountain of bone soup is visually impressive, yet the broth is refreshing, making it fun to use your hands to eagerly pick at the meat. The sashimi platter made with fresh fish of the day has a good texture, and it tastes even better when enjoyed while listening to the staff's explanations. There are also a variety of creative dishes like chikinā tofu and fried taro, making the meal exciting until the very end.
