In a calm space with only a counter, the aroma inside the restaurant is also pleasant. At first, a series of creatively arranged small plates follows, and then the transition to sushi is clear and uplifting. The chawanmushi topped with crab miso, the sweetfish tempura, and the soba with abalone are all memorable in flavor. The sushi changes to red vinegar rice halfway through, and the fragrant sesame adds a nice accent. The act of placing each piece on a green dish is beautiful, making it enjoyable to the eyes as well. The craftsman is gentle and provides thorough explanations, and there is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages that pair well with wine, making conversations flow naturally.
