This is a local favorite, a shop that roasts its own beans in-house. The carefully selected beans are rich in aroma, with a uniform and beautiful roast color. When brewed, they have a clear aftertaste, and the umami is felt directly. There is a wide variety of origins to choose from, ranging from medium to dark roasts, and the blend for iced coffee was also very good. The guides for storage and brewing methods are easy to understand, and the video explanations and convenient 10g portioning are helpful. It uses a special roasting machine, and I am delighted to be able to enjoy such authentic flavors in the region.

When I enter the shop, a large roasting machine catches my eye, and I feel excited. They have a variety of house-roasted beans ranging from medium to dark roast, making it fun to choose. Beans from all over the world are gathered here, and the atmosphere makes it easy to consult about preferences. The aroma spreads gently when ground, and I look forward to the brewing time. I'm also happy that they carefully teach me tips for storage and delicious brewing methods. It’s a warm shop loved by the locals, and I feel it’s an irresistible place for coffee lovers.
