The crab course was fulfilling from start to finish, and I was very satisfied. The snow crab sashimi was fresh, and the sweetness spread in my mouth with each bite. The boiled crab had a perfect saltiness, and the cuts made it easy to eat. The grilled crab, tempura, and the final rice porridge were all delicious, and the crab miso was impressive. The large crabs were packed with meat, and it was delightful to enjoy them thoroughly. I was able to relax in a private room where I could stretch my legs, and it was conveniently located near the station with parking available.
