The vegetables were plentiful and the mushrooms were large and hearty. The live jellyfish, in particular, were thick and had a very nice texture. Finally, we had udon noodles and Chinese noodles. The chopped ginger wrapped with pork was very tasty. It was a satisfying and healthy meal. I would use this restaurant again (but only if there are always seats available).
