Hana Agerokoro (Udon Noodle) / Tenmusu I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, so I guess it's been more than 20 years. They are all delicious, but I have to choose Hana Agerokoro, which I have been eating for a long time. The noodles are soft and firm, the sauce is soy sauce based, and the fried bean curd is sweet. First of all, I eat it as it is. Then I mix in some tenkasu, nori (seaweed), and leek to change the flavor. Finally, mix in some wasabi. The timing of breaking up the yolk and the way of mixing will also change the taste, so there are many ways to enjoy the dish. Tenmusu is a simple dish with no sauce or salt. The aroma of the shiso leaves is very appetizing. When I went there for the first time in a while, I found that the upstairs seating area had been renovated and the number of tables had greatly increased (^o^).
