This is a calm shop located in a residential area, and upon entering, you can feel the cleanliness. The staff is quick and the polite service is pleasant. The warm soba has soft noodles and a mild broth that offers a gentle flavor. The seiro has a firm texture and a good mouthfeel, and you can also enjoy cold soba. The tempura features plump shrimp, and the presentation is vibrant, which lifts your spirits. The fluffy chicken nanban soba was also delicious, with a slightly sweet broth that provides a comforting taste.
