The interior is spacious, with beautiful wooden beams that create a calming atmosphere. You can quickly choose your order with a meal ticket, so even if you're unsure, the ordering process is smooth. The refreshing handmade gyoza has a sweetness from the vegetables that pairs well with beer. The clear salt chashu ramen has noodles of just the right thickness, tender chashu, and boiled vegetables that are well-balanced and satisfying. The ramen topped with seaweed paste is also enjoyable with its aroma and texture, blending well with the noodles. Adding a bit of the special island chili enhances the umami and makes it addictive.
