This is a sushi restaurant, yet the katsudon is popular and it was delicious as expected. When I removed the lid of the bowl, steam wafted up, and the egg looked creamy and enticing. The pork cutlet, while not overly thick, had a pleasantly crispy texture as it was freshly fried. The slightly sweet broth was just right, and when eaten with the rice, it created a harmonious combination that made me want to keep eating. The rice was firmly delicious, and I could really feel that this is a sushi restaurant. You can also choose a large serving, and the portion size is substantial, leading to a high level of satisfaction after the meal.
