In a private room with a Japanese taste, you can relax quietly. The morning set meal includes rice, miso soup, omelet, grilled fish, and simmered dishes, providing a good balance. Mixing natto with aonori (seaweed) tsukudani and placing it on rice gives a pleasant aroma that makes you want to eat more. In the evening, sashimi, tempura, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), kushi katsu (skewered cutlets), and simmered fish are served, making for a fulfilling menu. The grilled eel and bonito are particularly characteristic of the region, and all are fresh and delicious. You can also enjoy kibinago (silver-stripe round herring) and chambara shellfish, leaving you very satisfied after the meal.
