Ramen shop selling tonkotsu (pork bone) and seafood ramen. The restaurant was selected as one of the best ramen restaurants in the EAST 2018 edition of the "EAT LOG" (Ramen EAST 2018). A restaurant specializing in tonkotsu (pork bone) and seafood ramen. It is interesting to note that the soup thickness varies depending on the time of day. Located near Super Tairaya and with plenty of parking, it is easy to visit by car. There were about 7 people in line when I arrived around 12:00. Ramen Jiro has also adopted this system. The line is very long, so if you don't time it right, you will have to wait a long time. (It is said that it is common to wait in line for about an hour on weekends anyway, so you should be prepared for that.) The menu we ordered Ajitama tsukemen (ramen noodles with seasoned egg): 900 yen The special tsukemen was already sold out, so I ordered the ajitama tsukemen, which I personally like. The tsukemen and soup came out in about 15 minutes, but I was surprised at the amount of tsukemen, I was surprised at the amount of tsukemen. Women might want to be careful. The soup was not as thick as I expected. It is not too salty, so it does not feel too salty. However, the flavor of seafood and pork bones is well expressed and has a good texture on the tongue. It is easy to drink and eat, so I wonder if there are many people who leave the noodle even if it is a large amount of noodle. (I just barely finished it...). The noodles are not so much resilient as they are soft and pliable. The taste is the same as I expected. The taste was as expected. Thank you very much.

Hakuraku's fish-flour tsukemen (noodles) has won the TRY Ramen Award for at least five years in a row. The noodles are just so good. The soup is a little lukewarm. There is fishmeal, grated garlic, and shichimi (seven spices) on the table. Yuzu (yuzu citrus) is added to the soup for a refreshing taste! There are many coin-operated parking lots nearby.
