I was excited by the aroma of the broth wafting from the entrance when I visited for the first time. The udon had a smooth texture that was pleasant to the palate, and the chewy noodles were delightful. The clear broth was rich in umami, making me want to drink it all the way to the last drop. The tempura had a crispy batter, and the textures of the ingredients like shrimp and squid were well preserved. I also appreciated that I could choose to place the tempura on the udon or dip it in the tempura sauce. The rice bowls had a sweet and savory sauce that clung well to the rice, making them delicious enough to bring a smile to my face.
