It is very enjoyable to sit in front of the iron plate and watch the cooking process. The thinly spread batter is layered with soba noodles, cabbage, and minced meat, resulting in a crispy surface and a soft texture inside. The finishing touch is a raw egg on top, which is appreciated by those who dislike raw eggs as they can have it cooked instead. The sweetness of the minced meat combined with the creaminess of the egg makes it disappear in no time. It has a light mouthfeel and can be enjoyed like a snack. It is located in the city with parking available, and although it can be popular and require waiting, the time spent waiting for the dish to be ready is satisfying.
