I found a little Paris!　@Juso | Delicious food makes me happy! On the way back from running errands in Tsukamoto, I passed by a different street than usual and found a sweet store! What's that? I don't remember there being a store here! There was some kind of delicious looking cake, so I decided to buy it and go home! Patisserie Touche de Bois It takes about 10 minutes to walk west from Hankyu Juso station. It is a little far from the station. Inside the store is a small store with a showcase containing baked goods, canele and other sweets, and a showcase lined with cakes! Let's buy some and take them home! ■Tarte pêche - peach - 444 yen I decided on this one the moment I saw it! There are peaches all over it! I wonder if they are compote? They are so juicy, sweet and delicious! The cream is not too sweet, I like it! The bottom tart is thick, but crispy and soft! Very high level! They also had figs, so I'll definitely get some next time! Millefoil 444 yen Custard cream with lots of egg flavor! More vanilla bingsu too! The crispy pie is the best part of millefeuille! The buttery and savory flavor is irresistible! The pie is intentionally laid on its side for ease of eating. Cannoulet The outside is firm, but the inside is moist. The aroma and vanilla fill your mouth! The bitterness and sweetness are delicious! It's amazing! This place is on a high level! It's far from the station, so it's kind of quiet, but the cakes are really good! I would love to try their other cakes! I want to try them! I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful store! A small but authentic patisserie @ Juso | Delicious food and happiness♪ There is a small but authentic sweets store in Juso! PatisserieTouchezdubois Touchezdubois It is located far west from Juso station. There are hydrangeas at the entrance of the store, very beautiful! The store is really small, only about 2 people can fit inside! It was late in the evening, so there were not many products, but I found what I was looking for! ◾️ melon shortcake Yes, I forgot to try it last season! The melon shortcake I forgot to try last season is a delicious shortcake made with seasonal fruit! ◾️Caramel Salé 420 yen Warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and the caramel inside melts into the cake. It's bitter or not, but it's very tasty and sweet, but not too sweet! It's sweet, but not too sweet! I think I'm going to finish this one soon!
