As I enter the restaurant, I feel excited as Indian music flows from the Japanese-style entrance. The freshly baked large naan is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a hint of sweetness that is just perfect. The rich mutton curry and spinach chicken curry are packed with chunks, making them very satisfying to eat. The vegetable curry has a gentle sweetness and is full of vegetables, which feels good for the body. The hot chicken tikka is fragrant and well-spiced, making it a strong presence that doesn't get overshadowed by the curry. After the meal, when I say 'Mitobayo, Dhannebaad,' the staff sees me off with a gesture of prayer, leaving me with a warm feeling.
