200g of pork belly and pork jowl are grilled over charcoal to enhance the flavor of the meat. Basic side dishes include bean sprouts, seasoned chives, pickled onions, myung-nyu (a type of pickled vegetable), lettuce, perilla leaves, and chili peppers, and the meat can be enjoyed even more deliciously with meljeot (fermented shrimp sauce). Bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles) is recommended for dessert.
