This shop, located deep in an alley, is quiet and comfortable. The appetizers convey the care and effort put into them, with the liver pâté, meatloaf, and carrot rabe all having a refined taste. The pumpkin potage is creamy, and the broccoli adds a nice accent. The herb-crusted pork is well-seasoned, and I was satisfied with the subtle smoky flavor. The salad with scallops and chrysanthemum greens pairs well with freshly shaved cheese, highlighting the freshness of the vegetables. The thinly sliced prosciutto and the fragrant butter-fried shiitake mushrooms are simple yet memorable.
