In a small counter shop located on Heiwa Koji, there are only six seats, but you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The owner manages everything by herself, providing a brisk yet polite service that is pleasant. They offer a variety of small dishes with vegetables, seafood, sashimi, and a final dish, all in small sizes, which is great for tasting different flavors. In addition to Sapporo draft beer and local sake, there is also wine, which pairs well with the Japanese dashi dishes. The ume potato salad, fried summer vegetables in dashi, non-rolled egg, and grilled Spanish mackerel were all flavorful and satisfying. There is also a restroom inside the shop, and since there are few seats, it's reassuring to contact them in advance before going.
