The café located on the first floor of the Chamber of Commerce has a calm atmosphere where you can relax. It operates on a style where you place your order and pay in advance, and you can help yourself to water, making it casual. You can see Mikawa Bay from your seat, and there are terrace seats that elevate your mood. As expected from a hotel-run establishment, the staff is attentive and the interior is clean. The French toast is soaked in butter and maple syrup, with an irresistibly fluffy and melting texture. The coffee is said to be from a Nagoya brand, with a pleasant aroma that pairs well with the food.
