In a bright space where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can spend your time in a calm manner. The freshly baked galette is fragrant, and the buckwheat dough has a chewy texture that is enjoyable. The different folding methods allow you to taste crispy parts, so it never gets boring. The combination of bacon, cheese, and eggs with the dough is excellent, and the vegetables are fresh and satisfying. The pickles and miso-marinated cheese served as appetizers are a nice accent, and their aroma stimulates the appetite. The staff is polite and pleasant, and the view of the garden is refreshing, bringing a sense of peace to the heart.
