This shop is a paradise for dessert lovers. It has a rich menu with attractive items like éclairs and bagels, and the items with walnuts as an accent are particularly delicious. The beet soup is also sweet and has a gentle flavor that warms the heart. The atmosphere inside the shop is lovely, with light music playing. I was able to spend a relaxing time there.

This shop in Iwamizawa is famous for its éclairs, which are well-known locally. The store is filled with delicious-looking sweets, making it hard to choose which one to get. The variety of éclairs is particularly abundant, and each one is visually appealing. The éclairs made with rice flour are light and have a flavor that you could eat endlessly without getting tired of it. The bagels are also rich in moisture, with a wonderful texture that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

An eclair made with locally sourced ingredients such as hazy moonlight rice flour and free-range eggs from Tobetsu-cho. The custard and choux pastry are both finished with rice flour, and the lightly sweetened, crispy texture is popular. We offer 7 regular varieties and around 1 limited edition flavor per month.
