Sushimatsu Kenkyugakuen

We take pride in our sushi and sashimi made with fresh seafood. Dishes using fresh ingredients from our live tank, especially live abalone and sweet shrimp, are particularly popular. Our nigiri sushi is served in a unique square shape, making it visually enjoyable as well. The high cost-performance and the ability to enjoy quality dishes at reasonable prices are also appealing.

The interior features counter seats, table seats, and raised seating, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The attentive service from the staff is also a charm, creating a comfortable environment. There is a welcoming ambiance that warmly greets visitors, making it an ideal place to spend a special moment.

Opened in November 2012 in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. After the Great East Japan Earthquake, we relocated from Namie Town in Fukushima Prefecture and are striving daily to become a beloved establishment in our new local area. While thinking of our hometown, we continue to work hard to be a cherished presence in this new community.
