In a small shop, you can enjoy fish in a calm atmosphere. They only serve the best fish of the day, and the freshness and firmness of the sashimi are outstanding. There are no platters; it's fun to choose each dish individually. The sashimi of sesame mackerel and the shabu-shabu of clams are particularly impressive, conveying a strong umami flavor. Sake takes center stage, with a selection of unpasteurized sake from chosen breweries, while shochu is kept to a minimum. The generous presentation and the staff's stories about the fish and sake really elevate the mood.
